What you'll do:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalised service
• Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling
• Support boutique operations - visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining Calexico's elevated service culture

About you:

• Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Confident, polished, and naturally engaging with clients.
• Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
• Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
• Available 4-5 days a week, including key retail periods.
