Performance Manager

Every sale helps keep TIACS running: a free counselling service for people who'd otherwise have nowhere to turn.

We're looking for a Performance Manager to own the numbers behind that mission; paid media, email and the Shopify store that turns attention into revenue.

You'll love

What you'll own

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution. Full-funnel management of Google and Meta ad accounts; leading strategy, rapid creative testing and continuous performance optimisation
• Email & Lifecycle. Build and optimise Klaviyo flows and targeted campaigns that drive repeat purchases
• Translating Data. Leverage raw performance data into actionable campaign iterations
• Website & Conversion. Optimise landing pages and CVR continuously trending upward
• Creative calls. Knowing when a test beats waiting on the full production, and briefing the bigger stuff properly when it counts

About you

• A track record in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in strategic planning and hands-on execution running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong ability to analyse performance and use data-driven approaches to optimising campaigns
• You're a lifecycle and eCommerce native with hands-on experience driving customer retention through Klaviyo (or similar) and managing day-to-day operations in Shopify.
• You know when creative's working and why; and you're not afraid to knock together a lo-fi version yourself to find out
