We're recruiting for Vibit. World leaders in deep muscle massage therapy, 14,000+ five-star reviews, and product flying off the shelves at 2,000 units a week. Their gear lives in the gym bags of Olympic swimmers, world champion boxers and people who just want to feel good again. They've grown fast by doing one thing obsessively well: making recovery that actually fits into everyday life.
Now they're scaling across Australia and the US, and we need someone who can turn that momentum into a machine. That's where you come in.
The role in a nutshell
As Head of Growth, you own the engine room of their marketing. This isn't a brand role and it isn't a make-the-ads role - it's the numbers role. You'll own the full performance picture end to end: paid media, the on-site funnel, email, and the creative strategy that feeds it all. You'll be the person who knows, cold, what's working, what's not, and what we need more of - and who points the whole team at it.
You'll lead a tight team and a couple of agency partners, all pulling toward the same thing: more efficient spend, higher conversion, and profitable growth in two big markets.
What you'll own
What you bring
The vibe
Paying hundreds for treatment isn't a vibe - and neither is sitting in pointless meetings. We move fast, we back theirselves, and we let the data settle the arguments. If you want to own real numbers, lead a sharp team, and watch your decisions show up in the results, you'll fit right in.
Sound like you?

What you'll own
- Ecommerce funnels. You own conversion end to end and manage their CRO agency to keep squeezing more out of every visit. On-site conversion is their scoreboard.
- Media buying. A direct report runs the buying across Meta and Google. Their job - with their direction 0 is to mine the data for what's converting and feed that straight back into creative, while making sure on-site conversion is maxed out.
- Creative strategy. Two creative strategists report to you. You won't be writing the hooks or cutting the ads yourself - you'll be telling the strategists exactly what's working, what's tanking, and what we need more of, backed by the numbers.
- Email strategy. You set the direction and steer their email agency to turn lifecycle and retention into real revenue.
- Large budgets, two markets. You'll manage significant spend across their key markets, Australia and the US, and you'll be accountable for the efficiency of every dollar.
What you bring
- Direct response in your bones. You've lived and breathed performance marketing - not brand. You think in CAC, ROAS, contribution margin and payback.
- You read performance creative fluently. You can look at what's running and know why it's working. You don't make it - but you can brief the people who do with total clarity.
- Serious depth in numbers and analytics. Data is where you live. You can pull the signal out of Meta and Google, see what the funnel is really doing, and turn it into a plan the team can run with.
- A leader, not just a doer. You've directed direct reports and held agencies to account - and got more out of both.
